Every property owner is liable to pay property tax, water tax and other bills such as electricity, maintenance, etc. These payments differ in frequency ranging from monthly to annually.
Assetmen keeps track of all the payables (inclusive of utility bills), intimates you for the payments . The payments can be made to Assetmen, which is in turn remits the dues to the respective payee and the bills within the due date to avoid penalty or other legal actions from the Government department .,which will be
updated for viewing in the customer portal as per your convenience. Any specific vendor payments will also be followed up and paid.
On your request, we will visit the concerned jurisdictional department like Greater Chennai Corporation, municipal office, Chennai Metro water supply and sewage board and other government offices and ascertain the status of tax and its dues till date and keep you updated.
Once you transfer the money (through credit card/online payment/NEFT) we will procure the DD (demand draft) and then make the payment
The government tax paid receipts and the updated transfer documents will be couriered to your registered address. International shipping also will be done with additional cost.
