Basic Background Verification of the Tenant by validating government ID and credentials.
Drafting of the Rental Agreement We will help you draft and finalize the rental agreement with your tenant. If you are not present in India, you can provide a limited / specific power of attorney to your representative or us. In such cases, power of attorney adjudication charges and lawyer fee will be billed extra. Assistance in registration of rental agreement will be provided by us, if willing.
Explain the scope of rental agreement to the tenant We will explain the tenant of the responsibilities and limitations to be adhered to during the signing of the rental / lease agreement.

Brokerage Fee on Success	If the closure is through assetmen lead - 1 month if the closure is through your lead - 15 days.
