House owner contacts Assstmen representative and authorizes him/her to rent out the property on the house owner's behalf.

House owner hands over keys and relevant property documents to the Assetmen representative.

Assetmen hunts for tenants, the ones working with marquee companies and looking out for a house on rent.

a) Tenant transfers monthly rent to house owners account.

b)Assetmen continues to maintain property till end of the lease.

After Successfull verification of the prospective tanant, Assetmen prepares the contract to be signed by both partieshouse owner can pre-authorize assetmen representative to sign the owner's behalf.

On finalizing the tenant, assetmen does the following:

a) Police verification of the prospective tanant.

b) Ask for proof of employment (HR letter) from the prospective tenant.
